VA General Assembly in Action

Tracking Legislation
If you want more information about a bill's history, click below to link to the General Assembly, and once you get there, click on Legislative Information Services, and then click on Bills and Resolutions. A screen should come up with a box where you fill in the specific bill number, e.g. HB 1234. You then press enter and are transported to a legislative history of the bill with links to its complete content. Note, in the case of resolutions, i.e. HJR and SJR, just use HJ and SJ before the number. The system won't accept three letters.
