AAUW of VIRGINIA
STAUNTON/WAYNESBORO BRANCH

in the Northwest  District

Branch Board     Goals     Newsletter     Northwest District Meeting

September 2002 marked the emergence of the Staunton/Waynesboro Branch from two branches in neighboring cities in the mid-section of the Shenandoah Valley. We hasten to point out that the S/W Branch is new only in organization because its forerunners, the Staunton and Waynesboro branches, were active branches for 69 and 52 years  respectively.  The majority of members renewed their memberships so we have a wealth of knowledge and loyalty to support the mission of AAUW and promote the organization’s effectiveness in our communities.

If you are new in the area, come visit us for several monthly meetings. A click on a board member’s name in the list below (or a telephone call) will connect you with someone who will give you information. Contact one of the Communication Co-Chairs and you’ll receive our newsletter.  We welcome you to the beauty of the Valley and the fellowship of spirited women.
